Each Modus project begins with a distinct architectural brief, resulting in a fireplace conceived entirely for its setting. Across private residences and leading hospitality destinations, our work spans suspended, double-sided and fully bespoke installations, each engineered to the specific demands of the space. From London townhouses to hotels and lodges across Africa and the Caribbean, these projects reflect the depth of our craftsmanship and global reach.
