Consultation & Feasibility
Our Design Consultants engage with you at the earliest stage to understand the architectural context, technical constraints, and design ambition of your project. We provide informed design guidance, outline feasibility considerations, and prepare budget cost indications together with an overview of technical requirements.
Where required, we conduct site surveys and liaise directly with your architects, interior designers, and contractors to coordinate structural provisions, flue routes, ventilation, and compliance. Consultations can take place on site or at our North London showroom (by appointment), allowing for detailed discussion of materials, finishes, and bespoke design possibilities. Site surveys and consultations can also be arranged for a nominal fee with this cost being credited back against an order.
Technical Drawings & 3D Visualisation
Visual clarity is essential when specifying a statement fireplace. We produce scaled technical drawings and 3D visualisations to demonstrate proportion, placement, and integration within the space. This enables confident decision-making and ensures the fireplace aligns perfectly with the wider architectural scheme.
In-House Project Management & Installation
Every project is managed entirely in-house by our dedicated Project Management Team, ensuring a single point of responsibility throughout. We provide comprehensive installation drawings, builders’ preparation schedules, and ongoing coordination between contractors, consultants, and manufacturers.
Our specialist installation teams, overseen by the Project Manager and Designer, deliver each fireplace with precision and care. By retaining full control of design, technical coordination, and installation, we guarantee a seamless process and a finished result that reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance

Every element is open to specification, from stone, metal, and finish through to proportion and detailing.
