Bespoke 2m Suspended Double-Height Gas Fireplace
Suspended from a dramatic double-height ceiling, this bespoke fireplace creates a natural architectural divide between the living and dining areas while preserving openness, light and visual flow throughout the interior.At the centre of the composition, a two-metre linear ribbon flame introduces warmth, movement and atmosphere. The fireplace shown features a gas burner, with standard linear gas fires available in lengths of up to 2.5 metres. Longer bespoke burners can also be produced where required to suit the scale and proportions of the space.
Above, the polished plaster canopy discreetly incorporates a television, bringing the fireplace and media installation together as one cohesive and carefully considered architectural feature. Structural columns positioned on either side are seamlessly absorbed into the design, transforming essential building elements into part of the overall composition and reinforcing its symmetry.Where a conventional flue system is not practical, the fireplace can also be designed with a bioethanol burner, providing greater flexibility of installation.
