Bespoke Marble Mantel Gas Fireplace with Fluted Steel Interior
The interior of the fireplace is lined in black ribbed steel, creating texture and depth behind the flames. This ribbed finish continues around the arched steel fascia at the front, clearly defining the opening and giving the fireplace a strong architectural presence. A substantial stone mantel surrounds the fire, with chamfered edges that soften its profile and add a refined level of detail.
The burner is recessed into the floor of the fireplace, allowing the flames to appear directly from the base of the opening. This keeps the fire bed simple and uncluttered while retaining the atmosphere and proportions associated with a traditional fireplace.
Shown here as an open-fronted gas fire, the design can also be adapted for wood burning or bioethanol, subject to the technical requirements of the property and installation. Each version can be tailored in size, materials and finish to suit the surrounding interior.
