Modern Linear Gas Fireplace with Steel Side Panels
A cantilevered stone-clad shelf runs beneath the fire, giving the installation a grounded horizontal base while reinforcing the clean, contemporary character of the design. To extend the overall width and visual impact of the feature, bespoke side panels are positioned either side of the fireplace. Shown here in hot-rolled steel, also known as blue steel, these panels introduce texture and tonal variation while helping the fireplace occupy a broader stretch of the wall.
The side panels can also be produced in a range of alternative finishes, including aged brass, aged bronze and other fully bespoke options, allowing the design to be tailored to the material palette of the project. Shown here as a gas fireplace, the design can also be developed as a bioethanol fire where required.
With its long flame, open-fronted form and extended side panelling, this fireplace is particularly well suited to large open-plan rooms and spacious living areas where a fireplace needs to hold its own as a defining feature of the interior.
